Who we are

MyLeaderBrand (myleaderbrand.com) is a professional development tool designed to help leaders identify their personal leadership brand and core values. It is a non-commercial educational resource.

What information we collect

We collect no personally identifiable information. Specifically:

We do not ask for your name, email address, or any contact details.
We do not require you to create an account or log in.
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies of any kind.
We do not use analytics tools that identify individual users (such as Google Analytics).

How your assessment answers are used

When you complete an assessment on this site, your answers (such as your chosen leadership style, values, and written reflections) are sent securely to the Anthropic API to generate your personalised results. This processing happens in real time. Your answers are not stored on our servers or in any database after your session ends.

Anthropic, who provide the AI processing, have their own privacy policy available at anthropic.com/privacy. By using this tool, you agree to their data processing terms in addition to this policy.

We recommend you do not include sensitive personal information (such as names of colleagues, confidential business details, or health information) in your written answers.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies. No information is stored in your browser between sessions. If you close and reopen the tool, your previous answers will not be saved.

Third-party services

This site uses the following third-party services:

Netlify — website hosting. Netlify may collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and operational purposes. See netlify.com/privacy.
Google Fonts — fonts (Atkinson Hyperlegible, Playfair Display) are loaded from Google's servers. See Google's privacy policy.
Anthropic API — AI processing of assessment answers to generate results. See anthropic.com/privacy.

Children's privacy

This tool is intended for professional use by adults. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Data security

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS. Assessment answers sent to the Anthropic API are transmitted over encrypted connections.

Your rights

Because we do not collect or store any personal data, there is no data held about you for us to provide, correct, or delete. If you have concerns about data processed by Anthropic during your session, please refer to Anthropic's privacy policy.
